FLIGHT is out now!!

The fifth book in my science fiction romance series, The Naravan Chronicles, is out now!

FLIGHT is available in ebook everywhere and the paperback edition will follow soon. The idea for this book was sparked almost twenty years ago, not long after the first book in the series, PROMISE was published and my editor told me Raf needed his own story. It's taken me the better part of that twenty years to get the book written and released, but I'm really proud to finally have it available (for the first time! Yay! Happy Dance!! *grin*)

I hope you'll enjoy my space pirate's adventure as much as I enjoyed writing about it!

New Releases

The Narvan Chronicles releases continue with PARADISE. This is shortish story that was written originally for an anthology exclusive to the RT Booklovers conference. So if you weren't at that conference to get a copy of the anthology, this is technically a new release. *grin* The story is easily stand alone and outside the main arch of the series so if this is your first foray into The Narvan chronicles you shouldn't be lost. Though some of the characters mentioned in passing in this story are from previous and/or future books.

PARADISE is out for a limited time at $0.99 in ebook so now is the time to get it. It's also available in print, though that's still populating through the distribution channels so give it a week. (I'll up date the links when the book appears at the various sites).

Next up in The Naravan Chronicles is FLIGHT. This will be a brand new, never before published book in the series, but the idea of FLIGHT has been lingering in my imagination for...oh probably eighteen years. LOL. So it's very exciting to finally have it coming out! It's due this fall, and based on the current production process, look for a mid-September release date. But keep checking back as I'll update that if anything changes.

(There's double opt-in and I never share your emails, so you're safe with me. *grin*) I'll also be sending out the occasional free short story to subscribers just because. One on the schedule for this summer was previously published in RT Magazine about 9 years ago when they were experimenting with publishing some fiction alongside their reviews and Romance news. Since RT is closing this year (so sad!), it seems like a good time to show that story to an audience again. If you're not into joining newsletters, everything I give away on my mailing list will also eventually be released in ebook stores. Just check back here for updates.

More good news for the Fire and Tears fantasy romance series! I've now officially sold the 3rd book in the series to Samhain Publishing. Book 1, BRIGHTARROW BURNING, is out now. Book 2, THE DARKNESS OF GLENGOWYN, will be out April 29, 2014. Currently, we're looking at summer of 2014 for Book 3. Keep checking back for release day updates.

I officially have some very pretty cover art to show off for Book 2, as well, so look for more on THE DARKNESS OF GLENGOWYN come the new year. (tease tease tease *g*)

And since it's the holidays, just a little reminder to check out my two Christmas themed holiday books. CHRISTMAS HELP HER is a short, super sexy little story to help heat up your nights. CHRISTMAS PRESENT is a ghost story romance that's a little...different.

Welcome Tank!

Welcome the newest member of our family!

Born a week early, in January, this little boy -- nicknamed Tank -- hit the ground running and has been in a hurry to grow ever since. As you can see, he's already a reader like the rest of his family. His big brother has taken well to the new addition. The dog is anticipating all the extra dropped food. I foresee much mischief and mayhem in my future.

And though Tank has been enjoying keeping mommy busy, he's let me get back to work finally too.

More on my upcoming releases soon, but I can hint that the next Naravan Chronicles novel is in the works and there's more coming from the Brightarrow Burning world.

Final Months of 2012

So many holidays approaching, so little time to do everything I want to do! I love this time of the year, even if it does always go too fast. To make the end of the year better, I've got releases, some online events and a really excellent review to report. I'm also setting up another blog stop at the moment, so check back in for updates on that (there will be another giveaway!).

BOOKS: My most recent addition to the Naravan Chronicles came out on October 18th! INTERFACE is an expanded version of a short story first published in the DREAM QUEST anthology, edited by Linnea Sinclair and JC Wilder. It's been out of print for years now, so I was very excited about this release. Especially after we expanded the story and included scenes from the heroes POV. I think it really adds to the fun and sexiness overall. This story takes place a month or so after the main events in THE PROMISE OF KIERNA'RHOAN and a little over a year before THE SECRET OF NARAVA. Do check it out. There's an excerpt here on the site too if you'd like to have a read.

Tirgearr Publishing has decided to delay the re-release of my Christmas novella, CHRISTMAS PRESENT, to coincide with a special promotion and release of several Christmas stories right in a row! I'm very excited about this opportunity. The book should be available in early December. But I have the yummy, beautiful cover art now for you to enjoy. I'll post the exact release date when I have it.

SIGHTINGS: Tirgearr is also celebrating the holidays by putting together a big blog tour in November and a 50% off sale of all their books during the tour. It's official, BRIGHTARROW BURNING is out now (well still pre-order until Tuesday, but still, it's available!). The book is available directly from Samhain Publishing, Amazon, B&N Nook as well as most other e-tailers. Right now both Amazon and Samhain have the book at a lovely discount so please check it out. (And buy a copy while you're there :)) I'm really excited about this release. I hope readers will enjoy Layla and Ulric's story. (They got really good cover art to go with their book, didn't they?)
