The Return of the Naravan Chronicles

More re-releases! And at the end of this batch, there will also be a new SF Romance from me (whoop!).

The Naravan Chronicles have been freshened up with new matching covers (yay!) and shortened titles (much easier to pronounce). The four previously published stories will be releasing once a month, starting with PROMISE (previously The Promise of Kierna'Rhoan), starting on March 9, 2018 (yay again!).

PROMISE is available for pre-order now (and will be out soon as I write this), so be sure to check it out. For a very limited time after release (and during the preorder period), all of the previously published books will be discounted too, so don't miss that!

The fourth story in the series, PARADISE, coming in June, was only available previously in an exclusive anthology for the Romantic Times conference in 2016, so this story will likely be new to most readers (*confetti toss*).

Each story will be released in ebook followed by print. And then this fall, (finally!) the next book in the series, FLIGHT, will be released (*whooping and cheering* *more confetti tossing* *Champaign cork pop*). I'm pretty excited about this newest space adventure romance (if you can't tell). Raf Tygran and Clare O'Malley are an excellent match.

While I love all of my books, this particular series is near and dear to my heart. PROMISE was the very very first book I ever published--19 years ago in May, with one of the very first ebook publishers (yes, that's all the way back in 1999 before we even had easy peasy shopping carts!). The idea for PROMISE came from a dream. I wrote the book while I was supposed to be working on my Ph.D. (oops *grin*). It's seen many iterations at this stage. But somehow it's still kicking around. And I couldn't be prouder (though, do keep in mind it's 20 years old when you get to the hero smoking all the time). I have a real soft spot for this book, and the series that came from it. I hope you'll enjoy the books, too.

Welcome Tank!

Welcome the newest member of our family!

Born a week early, in January, this little boy -- nicknamed Tank -- hit the ground running and has been in a hurry to grow ever since. As you can see, he's already a reader like the rest of his family. His big brother has taken well to the new addition. The dog is anticipating all the extra dropped food. I foresee much mischief and mayhem in my future.

And though Tank has been enjoying keeping mommy busy, he's let me get back to work finally too.

More on my upcoming releases soon, but I can hint that the next Naravan Chronicles novel is in the works and there's more coming from the Brightarrow Burning world.

Summer Solstice Celebration with Book Release!

NEWS: Thirteen years after the first book in the Naravan Chronicles--THE PROMISE OF KIERNA'RHOAN--was published, finally finally I can bring the sequel, THE SECRET OF NARAVA, to readers! I'm very excited about this newest science fiction romance release and I hope you all will be too. The book has gone through many permutations to make it work. I hope you'll enjoy the results.

Paleontologist, Dr. Ti'ann Jones, uncovers a mystery that could alter the course of her planet's future, putting her and her people in grave danger. She's forced to call in security to protect her dig site. But the man who shows up threatens Ti'ann on a much more personal level. She's spent the last three years trying to forget Nathan Longfeather and the incredible things he did to her body, but it's apparent he's already forgotten her.

Nathan thought guarding an archaeological dig site would be an easy and welcome break from his normal high-tension contracts. But when he comes face-to-face with a woman he hasn't been able to forget for the last three years, he finds himself torn between the job and dragging Ti'ann back to his ship to remind her of those brief erotic nights they spent together. Nights she seems to have forgotten.

As the truth of Ti'ann's discovery is revealed, Nathan's job gets a lot more serious, and keeping Ti'ann and her team alive becomes his top priority. In a time when anything to do with Narava's native species, the Shifters, leads to violence, Ti'ann and Nathan face enemies from both sides of the conflict and will have to find a way to prevent a planet-wide war. If they can survive, they might just have a future…together.
