Isabo Kelly's talent for storytelling
is evident here and her ability to get the reader into the heads
of her characters is brilliant. If not for the fact that her
publisher tells us this is a first effort on Kelly's behalf,
this story could well be one of many. I, for one, look forward
to further books by Isabo Kelly, and am sure the "The Promise
of Kierna'Rhoan" will launch Kelly into the best sellers
lists.

THE PROMISE OF KIERNA'RHOAN is an exceptional
futuristic romance that centers on the impact of the extremes
of prejudice. The story line moves faster than the speed of
light, as humans easily accept the lies spread about Shifters.
Kira is a strong person, but at times seems more like a superheroine
than a nurturing individual with doubts about the proper path
to take. David steals the show with his reactions to learning
how the propaganda of lies has kept him ignorant from the truth
about Shifters. Isabo Kelly shows much talent and fans of speculative
fiction romances will fully relish this dynamic tale.

The Promise of Kierna'Rhoan is an excellent
novel. It leaves the reader hungry for more. Isabo Kelly packs
loads of action and intrigue into a small book. It is an excellent
parallel to the racial and ethnic prejudice that we see in our
own society. I like that they both hold to their convictions
despite their attraction to each other. The Promise of Kierna'Rhoan
is a quick and intense read that was thoroughly enjoyable.
